Baker Klein Engineering (BKE), established in 2004, is a structural engineering design and consulting firm.  BKE specializes in all disciplines of structural engineering including commercial, industrial, residential, marine, concrete restorations, historic renovations, play-ground and recreation facilities, minor bridge design, Threshold Inspection Services, a specialty, structural inspection service for assembly-type facilities, and expert witness testimony.  Baker Klein Engineering is a certified woman-owned participant in the U.S.Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program.  BKE is a registered minority business with the State of Florida, City of Jacksonville (MBE and JSEB), Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).  BKE encourages clients to “build green” and select materials and products to implement green living.  BKE places specific emphasis on understanding clients’ requests to provide clear, concise and unique design products.  BKE is professionally registered in FL, GA.
