BKE is a minority owned and registered company with the City Of Jacksonville, The Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Jacksonville Electric Authority and the Florida Department of Transportation. BKE was established with the objective to provide prompt engineering services while maintaining high engineering quality and client relationships. BKE specializes in all Disciplines of Structural Engineering Design and Construction Engineering Inspection Services. Design disciplines include commercial, residential, industrial, historic renovations and restorations, concrete restorations, marine engineering and marine permitting services.
